Once, a session has been booked. End Users need to communicate if in case booking needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.

Since we need to plan resources and we do have high expenditures to manage.

Hence, we would not be accepting any cancellation beyond the specified period of time which is 5 hours before the session starts.
