Refund Policy - the basics
🔒 No Refunds Post-Payment:
All payments are non-refundable.
Once a session, retreat, or program has been booked and payment processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstance.
🔁 Rescheduling Instead of Refunds:
You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance of your session start time, subject to availability.
Reschedule requests made within 48 hours of the session will not be accepted.
⏰ No-Shows:
Failure to attend your session or retreat without notice (no-show) will result in the full forfeiture of your booking amount.
No refund or rescheduling is offered in such cases.

By booking any service (including but not limited to healing sessions, retreats, or immersive experiences) through Breathwork India, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy in full.

Each session is energetically and logistically prepared in advance, including space booking, practitioner scheduling, and therapeutic customization. This sacred groundwork is part of why refunds cannot be granted.
🤝 Informed Commitment:
We encourage all clients to book only when fully ready. If you’re unsure or have questions before committing, we welcome your messages for clarification before payment is made.
🔄 Policy Transparency:
Our Refund Policy is clearly communicated across our website, booking links, and pre-session communication. Proceeding with payment is considered acceptance of these terms.
🖊️ Exceptions:
No exceptions are made outside of legally required obligations (e.g., extreme emergencies with documentation, subject to internal review). These are rare and not guaranteed.
