All services offered by Breathwork India are rooted in holistic healing, Tantra-based therapy, breathwork, somatic release, and emotional wellness practices. These are not medical, sexual, or diagnostic services.
 

💳 Booking & Payment:
A 30% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Full payment must be completed prior to your session.

No refunds will be issued once payment is made.
 

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling:
No cancellations are accepted within 48 hours of your session.

No-shows result in full forfeiture of payment.

Rescheduling is only allowed if requested 48+ hours before your appointment.

Rescheduling is subject to practitioner and venue availability.
 

🔒 Confidentiality:
All client data, session details, and shared emotional disclosures remain strictly confidential unless disclosure is legally required (e.g. imminent risk or court orders).
 

🙋‍♀️ Client Responsibility:
Clients are expected to honor their emotional, physical, and energetic boundaries during sessions.

You agree to share any health concerns truthfully on the Health Assessment Form.

You are responsible for arriving on time and in a stable, sober state (no alcohol/substance use 24 hrs prior).
 

🚫 Misconduct Policy:
Any inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, verbal harassment, or boundary violations will result in immediate termination of the session without refund and permanent blacklisting from future services.
